Scheduling, preparing for your procedure, your records, and billing, in one place.
Procedures are scheduled through our scheduling team and the imaging center where they'll be performed, and many require a referral from your physician. Call the office and we'll direct you to the right location and help with preparation instructions.
Request scheduling →Preparation depends on the type of study; some exams need specific steps, others need none. Your imaging center provides instructions tailored to your exam and your health history. Please follow those instructions, and call the center with any questions about medications, food and drink, or other day-of guidance.
If you have a condition such as diabetes, kidney disease, or any condition that affects medications or eating, let the imaging center know when you schedule so they can adjust the instructions for you.
These general patient-education resources from RadiologyInfo.org (RSNA / ACR) are a helpful starting point, but the imaging center's instructions take precedence:
Your radiologist's report is sent to the physician who ordered your exam, who will review the results with you. To request copies of images or reports, contact the imaging center where your exam was performed. Please don't request records through the website form.
Imaging often involves two separate bills: one from the facility (for the equipment and technologist) and one from Rome Radiology Group (the radiologist's professional fee for interpreting your study). Our radiology billing is handled by our billing partner, Zotec Partners, at (317) 705-5050. Review or pay your statement through their secure patient portal.
