Terms of use.

The terms that govern your use of this website.

These terms apply to your use of Rome Radiology Group's website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

No medical advice

The content on this Site is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified health care provider. Do not rely on the Site to make decisions about your health. If you have a medical question, contact your physician or the imaging center where your exam was performed. In an emergency, call 911.

No patient relationship through the Site

Use of the Site does not create a physician–patient relationship between you and Rome Radiology Group. Submitting a form on the Site is a request for contact, not the start of care.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You will not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or interfere with its operation
  • Use automated means, including scrapers and bots, to access or copy Site content beyond what is permitted by our robots configuration
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any Site form
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited communications, malware, or other harmful code

Privacy and your health information

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy & HIPAA notice. Please do not submit personal health information (PHI), detailed medical history, or sensitive identifiers through Site forms. Use the phone number listed at each imaging center for anything that involves your records, results, or clinical care.

Third-party links and resources

The Site links to external resources, including patient-education pages on RadiologyInfo.org (produced by the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology) and the patient billing portal of our billing partner, Zotec Partners. These external sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification, requires our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, its content, or its availability. Information about services, locations, technology, and staff may change, and accreditation, certifications, and clinical capabilities listed are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the dates indicated on the relevant pages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rome Radiology Group and its physicians, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to these terms
